Zap Cap Systems®

Zap Cap Systems is an unregulated service offered by Tampa Electric Company to its customers in Florida. A complete description of the terms and conditions of the program, including aggregate liability limits, is contained in the service contract, a copy of which is sent to all new subscribers. Please read your contract carefully. Zap Cap Systems is not regulated or sanctioned by the Florida Public Service Commission. Customers who purchase this service will not receive preferential or special treatment from the utility company, and customers are not required to buy this service in order to receive safe, reliable electric service. SeaCoast® Transmission Pipeline, LLC:

SeaCoast Transmission is a regulated provider of natural gas pipeline transmission services and is governed by its FPSC-approved tariff. SeaCoast provides an electronic bulletin board service, known as EBB-Tide (SM), that is accessible through this website. EBB-Tide is provided as a convenience to its customers and information posted by customers is not subjected to independent verification or corroboration.
