Tampa Electric was recently recognized as a Business Customer Champion for commercial customer engagement in a national study. It was among 23 utilities honored for providing world-class customer experience during a time of great customer need.
Overall, Business Customer Champions were credited with strong digital outreach, communications and service support, leading to greater utility-business customer relationships. The honor is given each year to utilities with exceptional performance in brand trust, service satisfaction and product experience – three categories that compose the Engaged Customer Relationship (ECR) index.
