Beyond flowers, cards and candy, we have a different – and very impactful – way to “Share the Love” in honor of Valentine’s Day.
By participating in our Share program, you directly help those in our community who need help to cover their utility bills.
Your contribution, no matter how small, makes a heartfelt difference. And TECO matches all contributions to Share, up to $500,000, each year.

“I was unable to work due to my knee surgery and my social security was delayed. I just needed some assistance to get caught up. I am grateful for the Share program being able to assist me on my past due balance.” – Elizabeth in Lutz

With a one-time or recurring automatic donation through your utility bill, you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of people like Elizabeth and Sharon. Your contribution helps ensure that others in our community can enjoy the warmth and comfort of essential utilities.
Last year, more than 500 TECO employees contributed nearly $60,000 to Share. Combined with customer donations, nearly $200,000 was collected and then matched by TECO.
